I burned 602 calories with my average at 141.Darcy Squats (DB) 12 reps 35s Down-Up Jumps (step, 4 risers) Step Up with hand weights- step, 4 risers, 30's Butt kicks over step- step, 4 risers close stance one leg squats- 30 Rock Climbers on Floor Drop Side Lunge onto Step- 1 riser, 30's Straddle Down jump up with knee lift- step, 3 risers Back Lunge alternating off step- 3 risers, 30's Explosive Running Man- 4 risers Deadlifts wide stance- 45's Lateral crossovers on step with weight- 4 risers, 5's Drop side lunge on Floor into leg abduction- 30's Squat thrust and jump onto box with step off- 4 risers Alternating front lunge-25 (this is the only exercise I did not increase my weights on from last time) Lunge taps on step with finger tips touching- 4 risers Static Lunge DB- 30's Half turn jumps right side- 10 One leg sit N stand with paper plate- 30 Plyo jacks Plie squats alternating hand- 45 Tuck Jumps One leg elevated Lunges- high step, 3 risers, 25's Half Turn jumps left side- 10 Sit N Stands- high step, 7 risers 30 Power Scissors Alternating Sequential Lunge into front kick combo- 20's Slow Air jacks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
