Guest guest Posted September 8, 2007 Report Share Posted September 8, 2007 my Mother has a painting of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane with 2 angels. It is enormous; 4ft by 5ft canvas. The painting is dark tones and is supposed to be late 1500's to early 1700's. It is supposed to be a student os Titians, and credited to his school. I am looking to find clues and my mother wishes to sell it. To be honest I like the painting but not for what she was told the value is 10,000 or more. does anyone know whom I might look to for an answer or know whom to attribute the work to. thought I would throw it out there.
