Kassia & Donna, I too am on a no spending spree

I am counting

down the days til June 15th . 

As a single homeowner having her house painted, I’m uber broke at the

moment and won’t be able to afford to see Noel again until this

time,according to my budget calculations.  I miss him very much, not to

mention the 4 day burns.  He did tell me that Tuesdays at Fitness aren't the same without me (aww..)

 

In the

interim, I'll stick with ChaLEAN Extreme.  I'm not doing the rotation as listed because I get too bored doing the same workouts week after week.  I'll probably just do all 9 of them one after the other in sequence til June 15th.

  While I *can*

do this on my own, I can get there more quickly with Noel's training.

 

My plan is to

save like a fiend.  Other than groceries,

I don’t truly need anything.  In fact I

need to declutter and use what I have and sell a bunch of stuff I no longer

use. 

 

My plan is

that on Tuesday, June 15th, and maybe even sooner if I pay one month at a time, I will have enough $ to see him TWICE a

week!  Lower body on

Tuesdays (because I have to be able to walk and teach my kickboxing class on

Sunday) and upper body on Thursdays.

 

I feel that

with two ultra intense workouts with Noel per week I will really tone up and

sizzle fat at an accelerated rate. 

 

Until then,

perseverance with workouts and diet – today is day 7 sans vino and my energy level is much more balanced.
