I am a 40 y.o single mom (who has a good partner in parenting my funny 2.5 yr

old). I have slowly gained 50-60 pounds more than I need over the last several

years. Looking for a more permanent solution and way to conduct and improve

myself. Stumbled on the podcast couple of weeks ago and now hell bent on

figuring out how to implement more of the suggests offers. My dream/goal

is to be able to be a MILF and able to run around with my daughter all the time.

I'm a relatively healthy fat person so I do run around with her now, do the gym

and all those activities that seemingly should be helping me stay fit. The food

issue is where I stumble most. Open to chatting with others in similar
