Guest guest Posted March 13, 2011 Report Share Posted March 13, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today, I rested instead of exercising. Doesn't sound like a success, but it is to me. I was (maybe still am) the type of person that pushes herself to exercise, even if she's tired. I really love working out and doing all kinds of things, but every body needs rest and I was bad at not resting mine. If I took a rest day or did an " easy " workout, I would beat myself up for being lazy or weak. I had planned to workout this morning, but I didn't sleep well last night, plus lost an hour of sleep because of daylight savings time (grrrr), and I am feeling tired from working out yesterday (can feel it in my lungs).
