Guest guest
Hi, We are about to use May South to start an in-home ABA program and I am wondering if anyone out there has experience with them? Did you feel comfortable with the evaluation? How much did it cost if insurance wouldn't cover it? Does anyone have any advice or recommendations when it comes to this area? I don't need to hear all the cons of ABA we are well-researched in all areas of autism therapies and have tried a lot of other things like floortime. She just isn't making much progress, though there has been some, it is just very slow and I know she can do so much more, she is 3 1/2. I just need to hear from people who have had such a program and how they feel about it. Also, we can't afford to use May South therapists on a regular basis and are going to hire some college kids or other type people to help with the day-to-day therapy. We live between Snellville and Athens, anyone know of any such people? I know this is a long shot but I have to start somewhere and somebody out there might be able to point me in the right direction. Any advice or this type of therapy is appreciated, Thank you so much!
