Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie and after having GT's pulled off our shelves here I decided

I'd finally have to cave in and brew my own.

I started small as I wasn't sure I'd like home brewed KT even though

I've read so many say how much better it is than the store bought stuff

anyway.

I'm happy to say my pint brew was a success and very yummy - MUCH better

than any store bought bottle I've had. YAY!!

My baby formed nicely and was stuck to the mommy so I just kept them

together and moved onto a quart sized brew since the pint didn't last

long :)

Now my Quart sized brew is ready and I'm going to attempt to separate

the NEW baby and create two quart sized brews next.

My question is, once these next 2 quart sized brews are complete and I

will then have 2 more new baby scoobys, what do I do with these scobys

until I can find homes or such for them?

Do I put them in what you all call a Scoby Hotel and how do I create

such a thing? I have 1/2 gallon sized jars that I could use for that but

I am not sure if I add so much original KT from the Quarts and if so how

much and then also do I add more room temp brewed tea? I'm so confused

as to where to go from here. I don't want to end up with 10 quart jars

in my cupboard brewing constantly LOL. HELP!

Thanks in advance :)
