have you tried a 'gratitude' journal?

I hate food journaling too because it is tedious and makes me focus too much on

what i feel could become a huge issue for me, so i like to do a gratitude

exercise. I write down daily, weekly or when the fancy strikes, the things for

which i am grateful - anything from a cold going away to having had time to sit

and relax. It can be as long or short as you want the list to be, but it keeps

me positive and focused on good things which gives me the strength and

motivation to keep myself healthy and get healthier.
