Guest guest
Be aware that when one says they are going to cut out all wheat what exactly that entails. I was diagnosed with celiac some ten years ago and although my case is mild I can feel the pain in my gut when I have eaten wheat and on my last colonoscopy my dr stated that he saw small tears on my intestine. So yes gluten did and is damaging my gut. The best example I give to show how difficult it is to eat whet free is white vinegar. White vinegar is in many many items (think salad dressing) and is made from wheat. The expense of eating wheat free can be daunting and eating out can be a " crap shoot " Good luck! Let me know if anyone needs any adivce
