Guest guest Posted January 27, 2012 Report Share Posted January 27, 2012 HFCS and sucrose are both composed of about 50% fructose and 50% glucose, and both are bad for us in all but tiny amounts. Reduced consumption of sweetened drinks and juices as well as other sweets is a good first step to improved nutrition.
