What anabolic and testosterone dose are you using? What products?  Do you a history of anger management issues? Are you on any other medications besides HIV meds?

respectfully, i suspect ur problem is psychosomatic...u ALWAYS have control of

ur temper. multiple studies have shown that both men and women become more

social and energetic when UNKNOWINGLY given testosterone...but when they KNOW

they r being given testosterone or other androgenic-anabolic steroids (AAS),

their levels of aggression go up very reliably. this is the very definition of a

psychosomatic reaction...expectation becomes reality.

AAS will give u more energy...this includes the POTENTIAL for more aggression.

however, several decades of " roid rage " media sensationalism has created in many

(probably most) people an EXPECTATION of aggression, especially *spectacularly

uncontrollable Incredible Hulk-style aggression*, and thus a self-fulfilling

prophecy is born.

ur temper is real, as is ur control or lack thereof...however, if someone gave u

a powerful stimulant disguised as an Anadrol tablet, i suspect u'd have a

similar reaction.

take control, and change ur expectations. do not " try " , just do it...there is

NOTHING in AAS that diminishes ur impulse control.

on youtube u can find a classic old clip of Ben Affleck chewing the scenery as a

young athlete having a " roid rage " moment...posting it in bodybuilding-forum

discussions has proven an EXCELLENT mechanism for shaming steroid-users out of

self-indulgent displays of fury. check it out, and chuckle about it every time u

feel ur temper building...it IS a very funny clip. ;-D

Things that did help me when I first

started taking steroids.

1) stay away from salt and that is the

most important thing

2) avoid some medications that cause

nervousness like Zyrtec or Advil cold and sinus, as long as the medications are

in your body you are going to feel

Upset.

3) no caffeine drink other then real coffee, for some reason caffeine drinks

or energy supplements loaded with caffeine made me really mad

but real coffee caffeine made me in a good mood especially espresso.

4) lower the dose, and wait 2 weeks to see the results and if needed lower it

again, example if you are taking 1cc

of testosterone drop the dose to 0.8

And if that is not enough try 0.6

Rage is very dependent on dose

the more you inject the more aggrressive

You get IF that is a side effect you are

prone to.

If you are taking pills like anadrol

Then you could try urging them in

Half.

5) time makes it better as months go by

you will adjust and the temper will first

become milder then will vanish if you

do all the above.

But dosage is the key really
