Guest guest Posted April 26, 2010 Report Share Posted April 26, 2010 Hello Everyone! I hope your weekend was very enjoyable and that your week is off to a positive start! I have a question for the group about hunger and exercise. Often I find that I am really hungry in the morning when I first wake up (1 or 2 on the hunger scale), and my stomach is legitimately growling. I don't eat though until after I go for a run and get ready for work, but by that time my hunger is more like a 3 or 4, and I really don't have time to wait around before work for it to get back down to the 1 level, so I'll eat breakfast. Does this happen to anyone else?? If so, what do you do about it?? Should I just take food with me to work and eat then?? The reason I hesitate doing this is that I enjoy sitting and eating and savoring at home, rather than packing something and eating at work. Anyway, everyone, have a fabulous day!!-!
