We switched from one poduct to gammunex two years ago. We have been VERY happy with it. The girls have no side effects at all....no bumps or swelling.... nothing. Keep in mind that everyone is different though and what may be good for one person, may not be good for another. I know many people who use gammunex and are very pleased.
