Howdy...my name is and I've just discovered the IOWL podcasts on

iTunes...so far I love them! (And yes, I started at the very beginning.)

I started Weight Watchers in 2007, lost 60 lbs and in spring of 2008 hit my goal

weight. I felt great! Then, between them and the end of 2009 I gained almost

every single one of those pounds back and I want them gone for good!

I think my toward motivation is that I want to fit back in all the pretty

clothes I got when I was the right size.

I also want to have power over food...because I seem to have a real food

addiction. Eating when I'm not hungry, scarfing things I know are bad for me

just because I WANT to. Even to the point of keeping secrets. So I know

there's a problem and I'm using Weight Watchers as a way to get better. :)

As far as away from motivation...I want to move away from feeling gross inside

my own body.

I'm VERY motivated to get thing fixed! I've started my own little blog/site to

help hold myself accountable and I'm trying to make healthy living a hobby.

Lots of research and reading...and listening to IOWL podcasts. :)
