Guest guest Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 Howdy...my name is and I've just discovered the IOWL podcasts on iTunes...so far I love them! (And yes, I started at the very beginning.) I started Weight Watchers in 2007, lost 60 lbs and in spring of 2008 hit my goal weight. I felt great! Then, between them and the end of 2009 I gained almost every single one of those pounds back and I want them gone for good! I think my toward motivation is that I want to fit back in all the pretty clothes I got when I was the right size. I also want to have power over food...because I seem to have a real food addiction. Eating when I'm not hungry, scarfing things I know are bad for me just because I WANT to. Even to the point of keeping secrets. So I know there's a problem and I'm using Weight Watchers as a way to get better. As far as away from motivation...I want to move away from feeling gross inside my own body. I'm VERY motivated to get thing fixed! I've started my own little blog/site to help hold myself accountable and I'm trying to make healthy living a hobby.
