Guest guest Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 I had the windows open during a hot spell and the house got pretty warm...that's when my KT went wonky. It was WAY too vinegary. Hurt all our stomachs after 6 days of fermentation. I just fed it with extra sweet tea, thinking it would fix the problem. But it was vinegar after only 4 days! Have I converted my SCOBY?
