Guest guest Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 Hi Everyone, I increased the speed of my intervals and did a HIIT session for 17.5 minutes! Then I biked at moderate intensity for 20 minutes. I had intended to push myself to do a full 20 minutes of HIIT, but on the last interval, I knew that I was done... it felt like my intestines were liquifying! I'm good at pushing myself, but I knew that I had reached the limit. But I'm not bummed. I did well and I know that next time, I'll be able to run the full 20 min.
