Guest guest
I did four doses of the ivermedtin and permethrin cream, with the permethrin I covered my head, and left on 24 hours. I suggest having a buzz cut. I also went to bed with one of throes South American Andes knit caps so that the permethrin cream would not get on my pillow cases and sting my eyes. At first the rosacea will get worse, because of the bodies reaction to all the dead face mites. One may have to apply Permethrin cream on ones face once a month for a few months. Also just like with scabies (their mites also) one has to do ones laundry for each treatment. Also one can use sodium sulfacetamide, and sulfur cream daily for a few months Permethrin 5%, most often used for scabies. Ivermectin, an oral medication, is an antiparasitic medication that has also been shown to be an effective scabicide, although it is not FDA-approved for this use. The CDC recommends taking this drug at a dosage of 200 micrograms per kilogram body weight as a single dose, followed by a repeat dose two weeks later. Although taking a drug by mouth is more convenient than application of the cream.
