back to working out..

Today after 30 min dog walk I did Amy Bento's kettlebell dynamics with 15lb bell. I like the alt of cardio and bells.. then did about 10 min of my own ab workout and some lunges etc to get a full 30 min of strength like training.. after one week on my challenge (last week with all my travel etc) I am down 2.5 lbs.. in 12 weeks I hope to drop ~15lb more would be better but I will take the slow steady drop I would like to drop a total of 30 by end of year ... eating is going well - I prepped some rice and tofu lunches and salad dinners for week.. eggs or cereal for breakfastyogurt or jello for snacks and fruit.. I am bad about fruit -- I have to make smoothies or start juicing :)so far (yea it is tues) this week is going ok.judy in Dc
