Unwanted Behaviors

Mindless eating

Overeating sweets and too much starch

Thinking about weight constantly

Unwanted Symptoms

not looking good in clothes

self conciousness

not feeling my best...not comforable in my body

Consequences

Wasting time on thinking about losing weight and what I can be doing with that

mental energy

Not being at my optimum health

People Effected

Everyone in my life because the problem saps my energy

5-10 Years Out

That I will still be wasting this much energy on this problem that I should be

able to fix. Feeling a failure for not being able to take charge of this.
