Guest guest Posted July 28, 2009 Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 CRAZY evening last night. Just busy, busy, busy. I did walk like I said I would. I am trying to get my 6 1/2 year old to ride a 2-wheeler (gee, why?) so we were practicing that last night. Went to Costco to get a wetsuit for my middle child and other fun stuff for camping. It's finally HOT here. The kids have their triathlon class tonight (hence my wanting the 6 year old to learn how to ride her bike!) and then judo (over activitied? This after a full day at daycamp) for the two younger ones and swimming for the older one. I will workout when the kids are in judo/swimming. I need need need to run, so will hopefully run for 45 mins then weights for 15. I need to roll out my IT band and plantar fascia. I need to start packing for camp tonight, too. *sigh* I ate well yesterday! Not sure of cals, but it was balanced and I was satisfied. That is what we need to do, right?
