Guest guest
SOOOOOOO Insurance will not approved SubQ for Jake because he hasnt tried the IVIG 1st. Which is ridiculous since the dr said it would be better for him???? Now we need to torture him with IV's and he is horrible at it (takes 2 hours and 6 pokes to get in usually) Any advice?? He is 5yr old and bad at medical stuff i was so prepared for subQ :( Also does anyone else know if we can opt to change to subQ once my out of pocket deductible is met and then will be Covered all by BCBS?? We have BCBC and masshealth(medicaid) BCBS will cover 70% but masshealth wont approve the 30%?? So after a month or 2 of IVIG our out of pocket should hit $5000 and then can I opt to change??
