Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 I do have a deep desire to take phenominal care of myself, but I just can't seem to get myself up in the morning, which is the only time of day that it can get done, and pop one of the various workout DVDs and go to town. I used to be on point with this and I don't know what's happened to me. It could be that I'm not giving myself enough downtime with work, school, voice lessons, dance classes, boyfriend and friends and when I get home, I just plop down on my couch and channel and web surf. I re-listened to the series on Easy Exercise Motivation so I don't know what else I can do. I really want to drop this unhealthy excess weight. I don't care how long it takes, I just want to achieve the fabulous body (with my curves in tact) of my dreams and be fit and healthy for life. I'm aching for advice.
