Titers still not showing when on IG?

Just wondering something, everyone says while on IG our kids should have

protective levels of antibodies. We've been on IG 4 years and we don't. She's

come back non immune to everything they have checked from chicken pox to measles

to pnuemonia. Do I need to start questioning the immuno? At last check her Ig

level was about 1200 on scig.We just pulled labs again today for the first time

in a year so we'll see whats up but last time she came back non immune with 1200

IGG.
