I am really enjoying listening to . At first I thought that it would be

something I listen to in the car on the way to or from work but now I am

listening at home as if it's a class. I am even taking notes.

I have always wanted to lose weight but never was really excited about it. It

was more like a chore. This time, I am excited. I can do this I just have to

believe and I do believe. So many things that are said on the podcast really

hit home and touch on different levels.

I ate really really well today and I think today is the first day ever that I

did not think about food all day. The fact I couldnt have it or the crave of

it. I ate when I was hungry and I stopped when I was done. I feel great.

Looking forward to this journey and starting a journal today of my feelings and

how things in the podcast relate to me.
