I love V-8 Juice, but you have to watch out for the sodium content.

Have you tried the new V-8 diet juices in other flavors? They're

pretty good. I know what you mean about being able to " fit in "

enough vegetables into your meals. I try to eat at least one salad

per day, and if I have a sandwich, I make sure that I have lettuce

and tomato on it. Soon the produce markets should be full of fresh

fruit and vegetables so there will be more variety.

To answer your question, is 15 gms of carb enough for one meal? If

not, you might add 1/2 a grapefruit to balance out the protein. Just

a thought.
