Hello! I am so excited to be a part of this community! While I have been

listening to for several months, I have been doing so while at work.

Several weeks ago, I started back at the beginning at home a few mornings a

week, going through the lessons and exercises, and I have lost 10#!. I am 38,

5'6 " , and weighed in at 226 a few weeks ago, which was my max, and I have been

floating around that point for about a year.

I look forward to discussing our life choice to become healthy and happy with

our weight! And I love this inspirational thought (not sure who to attribute

this too, but it is not mine): in a year we will be the same person we are today

except for the books we read and the people we meet. I would like to add...and

the podcasts we listen to as well! I am glad to meet you all to help us both

change the persons we are for the better!
