A little info on me: I am currently following a beach body program (I love those!) and do have a scheduled 5 meal a day plan. This actually works out great because I eat small balanced healthy portions and am geniuenly hungry by the time my next scheduled meal is, sometimes before. But there are some days where I am scheduled for my last meal of the day and I can really take it or leave it. Considering that I am already on a " restricted calorie plan " can I follow my gut and not eat it and go to bed or should I eat it anyway to prevent metabolism issues? It is not like it happens every day, but sometimes it does. If I didn't eat it I would be under 1000k for the day.... I am SOO DEEP in calorie counting diet consciousness that it is a challenge to wrap my head around natural normal eating patterns, but I have definately gotten much better.
