Pam - it's amazing how when you have it it's sooooooo easy, but when it is out of your grasp, even only slightly, how HARD it is to get back, eh? I was 20 lbs lighter than I am now (but also more recently 20 lbs heavier). It was so easy then! And then it got so terribly hard. Now it just is. I feel peaceful most of the time. Hormones make me stumble a little (or whatever makes PMS craving-filled).. but not each month so I don't expect it each month, just roll with it when it happens. My yesterday: I ate well yesterday! I didn't overeat after my run, which happens at times because I can't eat too much before and then am usually famished afterwards. More importantly.. I ran! 6K. It was hot and humid but I remained somewhat cool. I am a slooooow runner. I will have to share my clinic story tomorrow. Today has been crazy busy! I have noticed how I do not take the time to take it easy and just enjoy myself. Doing has been what I have been about for the most part of my life. I am now wanting just " to be " and enjoy my beingness. Food plan is doing fairly well too. I feel this Inside Out is teaching me how to trust myself more and also the Universe. Now that is huge for me to even see myself doing this but it is coming naturally and I am very grateful for this.
