Guest guest Posted September 23, 2009 Report Share Posted September 23, 2009 With new client and volunteer work picking up, I have been " DIRing " 70% of the time foodwise, but unable to post. I've been really watching my carbs. I had a scare with some blurred vision and thought " oh no, diabetes " and that has put me on a " you do realize you're not getting healthier and you're not getting younger " path. The journey seems SO overwhelming right now, so I'm going to put myself on a 100 day challenge and try and TRULY BELIEVE that I can have a major change. And by truly believe, I am going to start at the beginning with . I am going to tell myself during the duration of my workouts that every lift, every step, every breath is having a HUGE impact on my health and will result in big changes. And I am going to tell myself that I love food that is nourishing to my body -- it tastes better and it FEELS better on.
