Guest guest Posted April 9, 2001 Report Share Posted April 9, 2001 Well, I've made it into a new century (weight-wise that is). This week's weighing saw 199.5 pounds! Also body fat is down to 16%. This is the final week! Now I just need to keep my motivation up for the rest of the week. Also, my thoughts are drifting to what I'll do next week and hereafter. I think I need a BFL break, but don't want to stop my cardio and lifting, nor do I want to make every day a free-day food wise. I'd eventually like to get my scale weight down another 7 pounds, lose another 2 inches off my waist, and bring my bodyfat down to 12%. But I'd relly like to shake up my body (and mind) and do something different for a while... even if it's just a month or so. Anyone have suggestions on success with a follow-up to BFL?
