See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5% 209.00 11.00 10% 198.00 22.00 15% 187.00 33.00 20% 176.00 44.00 25% 165.00 55.00 30% 154.00 66.00 35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00 45% 121.00 99.00I lost even more this week I got sunburned on Thursday (cloudy days get me every time!) so I haven't been back to the pool yet. I was going to go today but since it's raining I probably won't be able to unless it clears up soon. I will go to the pool tomorrow though for sure!I haven't started walking yet because I want to give my ankle a long rest. Right now I've been icing it. I hope to start doing ChaLEAN Extreme on July 1st and walking on July 2nd. I may start doing stretches again for my ankle tomorrow if it feels ok...we'll see.Anyway, I'm happy that I'm losing weight again!
