I am so glad you asked this question.  A few months ago I reached out to ,

and she responded to me directly suggesting I read the episode that

differentiates between giving up and surrender (with love and unconditional

acceptance).  I don't know which one that is and was hoping someone might

advise!  said that my weight seems like my teacher...

I would give anything to know what she meant by that!  Any ideas???

What's your favorite podcast, and why? I'm curious to see what ideas/topics

seeped through your consciousness and made a difference. This discussion may

also help others find the perfect podcast for whatever issue they're currently

working through...

Diane,

give a listen to Episode 94 -- which was called Surrender to a Slimmer You - the

description is

Go on a guided journey to invite in help with your most difficult weight loss

challenge. Plus, learn the difference between giving up and

surrender.

I tend to rotate the ones on my iPod. But there are 5 I never delete:

#4 Finding the gift

#3 and #33 guided journeys to identity (even when I know the gift, if I lose

track of identity it's hard to move forward)

#108 Making saying no easier by saying yes

#110 Guided journey for more time (and more acceptance)
