This morning I finished off the Kathy Shed The Pounds DVD I had started yesterday. Today's workout was called Instant Workout. It consisted of a 20 minute toning section, a 20 minute cardio section and then a 20 minutes stretch portion. It was okay although I wasn't really crazy about this cardio portion,I just didn't like it for some reason. There's another completed virgin DVD to cross off my list.
