Guest guest Posted April 14, 2001 Report Share Posted April 14, 2001 Starting on my 4th week of BFL training. I've lost 10 pounds and am trying to follow the routines by-the-BFL-book. I'm enjoying water aerobics for stretching on my 'cardio' days (I'm 54 yrs old). I've significantly adjusted my eating habits including NO coffee for the past 4 weeks (used to be a l-2 latte/day - Starbucks stocks are down). Stomach muscles are just beginning to show but the 'soft fat' around my middle is slow-to-go. I watch the videos for motivation and Bill's audiotape is on most mornings on the way to workout.
