Starting on my 4th week of BFL training. I've lost 10 pounds and am

trying to follow the routines by-the-BFL-book. I'm enjoying water

aerobics for stretching on my 'cardio' days (I'm 54 yrs old). I've

significantly adjusted my eating habits including NO coffee for the

past 4 weeks (used to be a l-2 latte/day - Starbucks stocks are

down). Stomach muscles are just beginning to show but the 'soft fat'

around my middle is slow-to-go. I watch the videos for motivation and

Bill's audiotape is on most mornings on the way to workout. I also

enjoy reading your inspirational e-mails. Thanks! Carl
