How does aspergillus get into KT

Hi All,

How does aspergillus grow in KT? Is it common? Does it take severe neglect or

very dirty conditions? I have a parrot and aspergillus has been known to kill

parrots. I want to be sure I safeguard my KT from growing this deadly fungus.
