Guest guest
Hi nn and EveryOne, Most of the sugar is gone after fermenting for 17 days. However the KT will be like vinegar at that point most of the time. Some people with Diabetes can drink KT fermented the usual amount of time but some cannot and need to let it go longer. Some people use the Kombucha Drops as they do not contain sugar as long as they are made from the Kombucha Colony and not from the Kombucha tea. You will find what works the best for you with a little trial and error. There is a Kombucha Thread about Diabetes in the FILES section of the list homepage in a folder called Kombucha threads. Have a look, it was compiled by Bob a former list owner who was also Diabetic. He said Kombucha helped him a lot!
