He wrote back saying he lived in the same subdivision- around the corner four houses away- and to let him know if I ever needed anything. How cool... he said he was in Delano last year to proctor(his words) Dr. K in the lap DS. At least if I have an emergency situation, someone in the area will know about my innards!
