I think there must be more lying down inJari's Get Ripped.... Hi ! I think Cathe's ME workout is harder than Ripped. That could be why you burned more calories. Guest guest Posted March 10, 2010 Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 Hi Ladies, Today is normally a rest day but since I have to go to Orlando on Thursday I decided to exercise today and did Firm Basics Fat Burning Workout I very nice and fun total body workout. However, my left hamstring along with my hips were a bit sore so it was it was a but hard to get thru the workout but I just kept going. I did most of the lunges and dips from this workout but I did skip the last section because my hamstring was getting VERY sore. Hugs to everyone!
