Appetite control through exercise? Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue?

Whenever I do a challenging workout, my appetite tends to be blunted for the

rest of the day, which is wonderful (especially now that I listen to my hunger

and don't eat out of habit). But after a few days of tough workouts, my body

needs a rest--and on days where I do little activity, my appetite is huge--way

out of whack with how much energy I think I really need. I'm wondering if it is

psychological? Does anyone have this issue--and have they found a solution or a

trick to deal with it?
