Hi Marci,

I think I experience your symptoms almost daily, from checkups I have a

slightly inflammed upper intestine.

I also get the same experience with milk and water kefir, being both

acids.

I'm trying KT now, today is my first day of drinking, and I will take no

more than 4oz until I feel comfortable .. maybe months.

Anyway, I think you drank too much KT, you should start slowly; also, I

don't think that the " irritation " or " burning " is properly a detox

reaction. Maybe that, at the moment, your bowels are too sensitive.

Anyway, even if what I said is not true for you, start with 4oz and

you'll not be wrong

Tell us how it goes,

Best Wishes,

o
