Guest guest
Thanks Wayne. I did the walk ( it is an inside thing but I felt awesome the rest of the day!) I chased little kids a bit at outside play. We enjoyed a sunny day before it started to rain.  I did take the dog for a stroll after work ( nothing to fast, just enough to get my blood flowing) just as it started to sprinkle. I did keep most of it moderate pace, happy and upbeat. I could tell my assistant needed to talk, so I knitted and we chatted at nap time. My intentions for today were interrupted with early arrivals at 5am ( I totally forgot were coming) So some serious stretching is all I did get in while listening to the pod cast on mindfulness. So that is my intention for today ( To be in the moments even the ones that frustrate me( I have had about ten so far today) and do some breathing exercises. Maybe get the kids into some stretching and bouncing as it is raining again.) Thanks for being concerned about me.I only ate when I was hungry and even though dinner was a hot dog: I feel great about all the food choices I made yesterday.  I also slept nine hours and pinged awake at ten min.  to four. Sometimes we can overdo it in the beginning. Yeah, I know, you've heard that a million times before, but I don't want you too exhausted and frustrated to keep on exercising, so my advice is to take one of those goals and do it today. Just one! Exercise will gradually work it's way into your system and the day may come when you truly feel like doing abs when the kids are down for a nap, but right now I believe you deserve a break at that time. If you're up for stretching, great. It's really good for you and relaxing too. If you can do it while listening to or some relaxing music, that's even better. But I agree with . You need and deserve a rest and if you deny it for yourself you'll just end up rebelling against the whole program. Take the dog for a walk, but ENJOY it! Take care, Wynn ----- Original Message ----- From: " " <lsageev (DOT) com> <
Guest guest
Wow constance you seem to have a long day and difficult too. I admire you and your determination to fit in exercise whenever you can. And waking up at 3.50. Yikes! And you get your first kids at 5?????? am??????  That's a great idea to get the kids involved in some exercise too! You can do a bit and get them onto some healthy habits as well.  Keep up the good work. Summer is on its way.  From: Wayne and Wynn Schneider <mrfreezeagt (DOT) net> Subject: Re: [insideoutweightlos s] weightloss @groups. com Date: Monday, April 12, 2010, 9:36 AM  Morning, Constance; Just a word of caution.
