Guest guest Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 Today after work I did a strength training workout with dumbbells. Some I did on the bench and some on the stability ball. I also did some wood chop things with a 6 pound medicine ball. I did waaay more stuff than I usually do and I can already tell that I am really going to hurt tomorrow. Oh well, I think it will be worth it. After that I walked the treadmill for 45 minutes while watching The Biggest Loser (which is on a commercial right now so I have to go finish watching).
