Guest guest Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 Hi Everyone, I did Ellen's FBF this morning- no add ons - didn't feel like a long session today - but I will either do push-ups or classical stretch later in the day - or maybe i'll just try to get 5 sets of push-ups, 5 sets of squats and 5 sets of pull downs scattered throughout the day and aim for 30 min of CS. I work at home today so that should be doable - finish a task - do some push-ups, end a phone call, more push-ups! Lunch break - Classical Stretch. Tomorrow is "Cardio Galore" day per Ellen's rotation - it calls for 90 min of cardio - I'm not sure I can do that inside w/ videos, tm, or bike. If I were outside hiking, walking or biking, I can manage it - but we'll see -what I'm thinking of doing is 30 min bike, 30 min tm, 30 min . Next week I will probably stick w/ Ellen's workouts and do her strength rotation then, I'm really leaning towards my Kickbutt workouts for March. I will probably end up doing some of the older ones (originals) along with the remakes. I love the original Fast Cheetah w/ Tracie Long!
