Guest guest Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 Hi, This evening I did McGee Power Yoga (chapter one) then did Ab Circuits (Yoga Inspired). This was a nice combo. I like the yoga abs OK, but can't see myself doing it all the time. I didn't get a huge burn there. So cool how Cathe can do the levitations with her legs extended. She did them like they were nothing. I found myself just looking at her. She could've said something like "it took me a long time to be able to do this." lol Anyway, I could stand some more ab work, but I'll call it done for the week.
