Guest guest
I've become concerned about this whole inflammation issue with HIV and am wondering about various " treatments " I can do to address it. After reading the research, seems the 3 methods of decreasing HIV related inflammation that are being explored are aspirin, omega 3 fish oils and statins. I'm not interested in the statins, but does anyone have any info re: doses of aspirin and omega 3 fish oils? The one research paper I could find on omega 3 fish oils shows very good results but doesn't say the dosage of fish oil that each patient was taking. And with aspirin, is the low-dose OK, once, twice a day? Anyone know? Thanks. Jess.
