Hi Everyone,

Today was Super Cardio Sculpt w/ Tucker - this one is part of the FIRM 6-pack (a group of 6 workouts that was released shortly after the Body Sculpting System # 1 was released- BSS1 is Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt and Ab Sculpt). I think this was from 2002-ish. Anyway, it was a FIRM Cardio workout - so your usual - step, 4 limb, "low" impact (which is not always low), and tall box. does a nice job in leading this one and it is just a nice workout. It isn't killer to me intensity wise but just a "nice" workout to do! :) I have it on VHS so I need to do it on my big TV which is fun sometimes, too.

After 's workout I did a recorded Classical Stretch episode from the 2009 TV series. Good, as usual! :) Miranda's exercises just do wonders for my stiff muscles.

I think tomorrow I will do an "active" recovery type workout - and then on Friday I will do Cardio Sculpt. Most likely for tomorrow I'll do one of the Huckabee 20 min cardio routines followed by an Ellen Barrett - probably Yogini or Fusion Flow...or maybe I"ll just do some Pilates.

I'm still not sure about what to do in May - here is what I'm thinking about:

Huckabee's 2-a-day rotation (total 40 min) of her PowerFIT, PowerFIT Plus and Harmony workouts (I will also add something else on to most days for a total of 60 min)

Continue w/ this FIRM Rotation

A Gilad Rotation

A Dozois Rotation

A Tracie Long Training Rotation

Or

My own "generic" rotation - here's what I'm thinking for "generic":

Day1 – Strength (traditional, non-traditional, circuit, etc.)Day 2 - Longer Cardio Session Plus Stretch/CoreDay 3 - Longer Pilates Session & a short Cardio Session Day 4 - Longer Cardio Plus Stretch/CoreDay 5 -Strength (choice - traditional, non-traditional, circuit, etc.)Day 6 - Shorter Pilates Session (about 30 min) & shorter cardio session (about 30 min)

Day 7 - Longer Restorative Yoga (Kundalini?) or Full Length Classical Stretch/Other Stretch workout

Please make up my mind for me! :)

Hi Donna, how are you? I'm fine. Well this weekend will be my last busy one (going to workshops) that is until the Fall. My ankle stiffened up on me again, probably from all of the sitting at the workshop...time to start stretching.I'm hoping to play volleyball next Wednesday, JenFrom: Donna M-P <donna112520@...>Subject: Wed- Super Cardio Sculpt/Classical Stretch Date: Wednesday, April 28, 2010, 7:32
