Guest guest Posted February 28, 2010 Report Share Posted February 28, 2010 thursday pm and on thursday afternoon did a 30 min run adding in some pull ups,ab twists, and butt blasters at the gymfriday did ea active sports day easy, but no other workoutssaturday didn't do diddly squat!this morning did ea active sports marathon day easy. nearly an hour of mixed exercises from sports,dancing to toning. used weights in some sections b/c it was was easier to control then with the tubing. sometimes the tubing makes my arms shake and the game gets moody that i am not doing the move right. either way i got the resistance i needed. it wasn't to hard to hold smaller weights with the wii remotes. this evening i tried amy dixon's give me 10 kettlebell workout and yoga segment. the kettlebell workout was pretty good, used a 15. i couldn't imagine doing a fast workout of this nature with the swings. but overall a good workout. there is a modifier using a dumbbell. good to know for future reference. the yoga segment is not special just some basic twists and stretches. kettlebells hardcore in the morning!
