Guest guest Posted February 28, 2010 Report Share Posted February 28, 2010 Finally, I looked forward to a lighter workout..well...lighter on the heart anyway. It was still grueling. I did Tonique's Mat Workout. I liked it a lot. I love how I can just let my mind wonder as I'm doing my leg lefts. she does so many reps, that I felt it just fine when I had to take a break. I worked hard, pushed hard. But did not do every rep. If I were to guess I would say maybe 92%?? Maybe even a bit more. While i like this workout, 67 minutes of being on the floor is a long time.
