I didn't quite finish Spinervals Aero Base 1 today, but I did 60 minutes not including stretch breaks.  This video is 70 minutes long, and it's going to take me another try or two before I can get through it. I did my best to keep my HR zone from going anaerobic during the ride.  My legs are worked!

I still had a cough last week. I decided not to push things too much:2/7/10 CLX BC22/8/10 Spinervals 16.0 Aerobase Builder I (partial)

2/9/10 4 mile walk2/10/10 CLX BC3 +  2 mile walk2/11/10 3 mile walk (active rest)

2/12/10 3 mile walk (active rest)2/13/10 Fat Blaster (12 minute KB workout).

My lungs are finally returning to normal.Happy workouts!
